I bought this for a mommy kitty and her three babies i'm fostering. some of them have used it. i'm keeping the regular litter box set up until the litter is low. i will then remove it from the room. the only things i don't like are that it's too high off the floor for small kittens and elderly kitties. the other thing i don't like is that the litter max line is too low. i have diggers and they won't be satisfied with it. that's why i'm trying the smaller kitties. other than that it's a very well made litterbox without those moleskin material bottom inserts that my cats rip or pull out the bottom. the deodorizer bar (only 1 included) smells like the hair conditioner that comes in a box of hair dye, nice

Well worth it for $100. minor issue: there is a buildup next to the grate where it collects and empties but that just requires a quick scrape once in a while. also, be sure you have a litter mat down. otherwise, why pay $600 for an automatic litter box?

I've ordered this product twice, and both times i ordered the product it was marked at $77 but then once it was added to my cart, the price went up to $100. the second time i ordered this product, it was missing the power cord. very disappointed.

Performance may vary depending on litter used and the size of your cat(s) but personally its definitely not a hands off machine that you can leave alone for multiple days but it does do a large majority of the work which i think is worth it :^)

I first contacted cs bc the box seemed small for my cat so she showed no interest. i talked to the seller she was kind and helpful. i was offered a discount to keep it and i turned it down, however after a day my cat began using it. i decided to keep it no refund was given for keeping it. moving forward the litter box worked good for 2 days but that was it. it stopped cleaning on automatic. i have to unlock it after they go and press manual and scoop. that’s a huge inconvenience i work a lot and i can’t manually empty it which was the reason i bought an automatic one.im now coming home to a horrendous smell of dirty litter and feces still stuck to the liner, and hard to remove! . i’m so upset over this litter box and i’ve spoke to customer service more times than i liked. i want to send this piece of junk back. i might add i’m very happy with there doo dads and neat house hold items, but this litter box is a stressful. this was a miss for me.
